Sarah, a young teen, who posts to Allpets, had a hamster, but desperately wanted a dog (or at least something a bit more interactive!)

She wanted to know so much: -

• How to choose a pet?
• How to train a pet? Whether you adopt an adult dog or start with a puppy, training is all-important. Sarah wanted to know: -
  • How do I get my dog to listen to me?
  • How to control barking?
  • What is crate-training? Is it cruel?
  • How do I dogproof the house?
  • How do I potty-train my dog?
  • How about feeding??
  • And would a dog harm my hamster?
  None of them easy tasks, but you'll see they were 'do-able'.
